Strength And Conditioning

We are excited to announce Strength and Conditioning sessions to help further your child’s soccer conditioning and athleticism.

The Strength and Conditioning program is offered to both FORCE North and non-FORCE North soccer players born in 2005 and before (older).
Space is limited to 20 participants for each time slot. Sign up early to reserve your spot.

All sessions will be led by Yuta Tanaka whose amazing background includes playing collegiate and professional soccer, an education from UC Davis in neurobiology and physiology, and education and certifications in strength and conitioning.  He has trained professional and collegiate level athletes in a variety of sports as well as coaching at local clubs.  

Session Focus:

– Body positions to support greater efficiency and tactics on the field
– Strengthening including weights
– Depth of conditioning

Current Session:

Boys and Girls 2005 and older
Runs from October 19th – December 14th (no class on Thanksgiving)
